Crystals are fossilized water, formed when water combines with an element under certain conditions of pressure, temperature and energy. As a crystal, the element is able to express itself as a more unified and ordered being. We align with and respond to crystalline energy and structure.

Kyrani plays intuitively, every session differs and has different vibrational medicine depending on the communal consciousness gathered in the space, each experience has its own unique blueprint individually shifting DNA and cell structure rejuvenating the human body recentering, recalibrating and recharging each individual differently depending on their requirements and what they are able to comfortably process at the times.

 Ceremonial Cacao

Cacao has been used for centuries in different cultures as a tool to facilitate a reflective and meditative experience that focuses on the heart space. Due to the active medicinal properties in Cacao it is possible to experience a state of heightened awareness, which opens us up too deep are stored emotional densities that are ready to be seen felt an released. the euphoria inducing properties of cacao help us to connect deeply to the love an ultimate truth that sits inside our hearts. when we sit with cacao with the intention to open ourselves and our own vulnerability, cacao has the potential to create profound yet gentle inner experience of heart transformation. to help activate this opening I have sought the highest ceremonial grade cacao available. 

 All yoga props (mats, cushions, bolsters, blocks, straps, eye pillows yoga wheels ) are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own. All props are for sale in the studio shop if you prefer your own for personal use.

 These sessions are held regularly at Yoga Health on Saturdays of most months @ 3pm
