There is now a way for seniors to take part in the fifth most popular sport in the world - VOLLEYBALL. Adults who want a gentle form of exercise through a non-contact activity or those who played the sport in their younger years and enjoyed the camaraderie of a team-based sport, AIR VOLLEYBALL is being introduced to England from China, where it is played by millions and even has a national tournament. Introductory sessions are taking place at the Xcel Leisure Centre in Walton on Thames.
