Join Luigi, owner of Luigi’s Restaurant, for an immersive cooking experience filled with Mediterranean flavors and culinary delights! In this hands-on cooking class, you and your partner will learn the art of creating classic dishes from the Mediterranean region, including a refreshing salad, authentic pizza, and delectable cannolis.

Menu:

1. Mediterranean Salad: We start with a vibrant Mediterranean salad bursting with fresh flavors. Learn how to prepare homemade dressing, and assemble a colorful salad featuring ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, tangy olives, creamy feta cheese, and fragrant herbs.
2. Authentic Pizza: Luigi will guide you through the process of kneading, shaping, and topping your pizza with a variety of Mediterranean-inspired ingredients, such as sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, basil, and gooey mozzarella cheese. You will make a 12” pizza for two.
3. Decadent Cannolis: Learn how to take the delicate pastry shells and fill them with a rich, creamy ricotta filling infused with hints of citrus and vanilla. Finish your cannolis with a dusting of powdered sugar for the perfect finishing touch.

Beverages are available for purchase. No outside beverages allowed.
