Mountain Valley Ranch Horse Association: Release and Harmless Agreement

Upon completion of the online membership registration the individual or parent/guardian of the participants, assumes the unavoidable risks inherent in all horse related activities, including but not limited to bodily injury and physical harm to horse, rider, and spectator. In consideration, therefore, the privilege of showing and/or working around horses Mountain Valley Ranch Horse Association activities. The undersigned does hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify Mountain Valley Ranch Horse Association and anyone connected with of the Mountain Valley Ranch Horse Association and further release from any liability or responsibility accompanying the undersigned on the premise.
