Management Foundations - Fox Chase/Jeanes

MFS is designed to help people managers become more successful, confident, and effective at Temple Health by honing both personal and team leadership skills. In an interactive workshop, you will learn strategies for addressing performance problems, delegating tasks, managing your time efficiently, and helping your team members boost performance to reach goals.
Day 1 Personal Leadership
With a deep dive into personal leadership styles and tendencies, you will learn how to achieve effective and meaningful organizational results and recognize human potential.
Day 2 Leading Teams
Identify processes to solve challenging problems, apply decision making techniques to involve teams, and gain input. Practice these skills with real-life case studies from the health care work environment.
Day 3 Boosting Performance
The final day of the program is all about equipping you as a manager to define performance standards, delegate effectively, manage burnout, and provide feedback and coaching to your team.
