MALAY DELIGHT
Hands on
Join our chefs as they explain the taste and textures that define Malaysian food. You will then have an opportunity to cook the dishes yourself before being seated at the table to dine on the fantastic feast you have made. In this class we will be making several dishes including rendang beef and Sambal paste.
Cancellations: We prepare for our classes several days in advance. If you are unable to make it to the class you have booked please give us plenty of notice. If the cancellation is recieved more than two days before the class you will be offered a gift voucher to use at a later date. If the cancellation is recieved less than two days before the class, we will use our best endeavours to find another person to take your place, if we cannot find a replacement we will be unable to offer a refund or a gift voucher.
Minimum numbers: We endeavour to fill our cooking classes, however if we do not have four people wanting to attend a class we may choose to reschedule the class to another date. You will be offered a full refund or a gift voucher if the new date does not suit.

What a great set up! This is a very slick and well organised cooking class. You watch as food is cooked, you eat a little snack then you cook something. Once you have done your cooking you all get to eat your dishes at a beautiful long table. And to top it all
Off then the chef cooks another dish and finishes off with a dessert!! Great food and very well done. Highly recommend. All the staff are amazing!
