Join us for Morning Mindfulness, a weekly 50-minute mindfulness practice group designed specifically for healthcare and wellness practitioners. This group meets every Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 8:50 AM at Elemental Studios, located at 4634 NE Garfield Ave, Portland, Oregon.
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM - 8:15 AM: Begin with a brief reading related to mindfulness practices to set the tone for the session.
- 8:15 AM - 8:45 AM: Engage in a group mindfulness practice. Each week, the practice will have a different focus, such as mindful breathing, mindful walking, mindful art-making, and more.
Details:
Sliding Scale Fee: $20 to $60 per session.

Facilitator: The group is led by Casey Campbell, LPC, a mental health counselor with over 10 years of mindfulness practice experience. Casey is the founder of Elemental Studios, a community art studio that centers wellness and community in art classes, workshops, and membership. Casey is dedicated to supporting healthcare practitioners in their self-care and burnout prevention.
Purpose: Morning Mindfulness is designed to bring healthcare practitioners together to practice mindfulness and support each other in their self-care practices. This group aims to create a nurturing environment for participants to rejuvenate and enhance their well-being.
