If delegates fail to attend and no cancellation is made this will incur a £30 charge.
This two-part course explores a range of leadership styles in order to reflect on current ways of leading and to develop further.
Consideration will be given to when different types of style for different situations/phases is needed.
An opportunity to undertake a personality test and to gather views of colleagues in a gap task will deepen understanding.
