This course will support practitioners in developing children’s independence accessing the learning environment with curiosity, confidence and enthusiasm. Ensuring staff feel confident that whether using a planning in the moment approach or planning enhancements to develop children’s skills and knowledge, the characteristics of effective teaching and learning form an integral part of the school’s pedagogy.
