GPC

If you are a beginner in printmaking or want to update your skills, this is a great introduction to the GPC and its facilities. The course is delivered by various tutors who are experienced in Collograph, Etching and Fabric printing. Whilst this is Part 2 of 2 linked courses - you can do one or the other of these introductions, depending on your area of interest.

12th November & 19th November – Etching, Wendy Rhodes
26th November & 3rd December - Collograph, Christine Felce
10th December & 17th December - Fabric Printing, Anne Haworth

Two sessions will introduce etching process using metal plates and intaglio method.

Two sessions using a range of collograph & tetrapak techniques.

Two sessions of the six weeks will introduce you to printing on fabric with silk screens.

The tutors involved in teaching this course are all very skilful printmakers with many years of printmaking experience between them. You will learn a great deal over the six weeks, both about printmaking and what the GPC has to offer.

Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of the full cost of the course. If full payment is not made, you will not be allowed to start the course. We reserve the right to cancel the course at a weeks notice if there are less than 4 participants booked.

Cancellation Policy:
The sum of £50, will be lost If you cancel at short notice (less than 2 weeks before the course start). If your place cannot be filled, no monies will be returned.
