Let’s turn something old into something new and useful! In this class we will repurpose an old, forgotten book to create a unique art journal. Using a variety of materials: paper, fabric, found items, students will make signatures and learn simple bookbinding. There will be time to create an art journal page in our new journals and learn some fun mixed media techniques. We will also discuss different ways to use and create in your journal and how versatile and healing an art journal can be.

Optional supply list will be emailed upon registration. Instructor will supply materials.
