Podcasts are taking over the world, why not the improv stage as well?

In this workshop, you'll use the framework of the Harold structure (loosely). The Podcast Town form explores a town and it's community by creating 3 improvised podcasts, commercials, and scenes all intertwined. The form caters to playing fun characters, premises that grow into full scenes and focusing on call backs.

This is the signature form of the B.I.T Improv Comedy Podcast Network launched this summer.

The Queen City Comedy Experience is, since 2017, Charlotte's premier celebration of all-things comedy! In 2024, we'll be showcasing great TALENT, celebrating QUALITY work, building on our great COMMUNITY of performers, and making AWESOME comedy for everyone! Produced by Queen City Comedy in partnership with The Comedy Zone and Blumenthal Arts, this one-of-a-kind event will highlight local and national acts from a wide variety of comedy genres. This year's festival will be October 24-November 3.
