In this class for beginners, you will learn all the basics of the timeless craft of sewing including how to wind a bobbin, thread the machine, execute basic stitches, alter a hem, and mount a variety of buttons. Finally, you'll put your new skills to use and make a beautiful throw pillow that you can use in your home or gift to a friend.
** Please bring 1 1/2 yards of your own fabric of choice to the last class on 10/03.
This class meets for three consecutive Thursdays: 09/19, 09/26, 10/03 from 6pm - 9pm at the Design Gym Road on 7 Ramsey Street in Upham's Corner.
