Don’t miss this great opportunity to fly fish the Eastern Sierras, gather with Deep Creek members, and maybe find a new fishing buddy! Fall is a great time to fish this area. Summer crowding and temperatures have eased, the torrential volumes of water in streams and rivers has settled down, high elevations are open to fish, the Aspens are starting to turn beautiful colors, and with any luck the browns should be moving into their spawning grounds in the feeder streams to Lake Crowley! This is basically a self-guided trip, folks team up or strike out on their own to fish each day then come together to brag, lie, and share fishing information over a communal dinner each evening. 

You must be a member in good standing to sign up. Signups begin on August 21st.

5 nights of lodging at Chateau Sans Nom #19 condo- Cost- $375 per person, does not include food.

First seven paid club members will be in the condo. A “tag team” of split time is possible, one club member must pay full fee and work out time and payment with a second, with approval of trip leader.

Food, meal clean up, and room assignments will be decided in the mandatory pre-trip Zoom meeting on 9/19/24 starting at 7 PM.

First night dinner, Thursday October 17th 6:00 PM, at Giovanni's 437 Old Mammoth Rd. Mammoth Lakes, Ca. Located in the Minaret Village Shopping Center.

Bed assignments will be prioritized on a first come first served basis. [At 7 guests no one needs to share a bed (because a couple is attending and will share one king bed), but you may need to share a room.]

If the trip is not filled by 9/5/24, registration will be opened to other local clubs and non-member guests of attending members.

If it is still not filled by 9/19/24, an email notice will be sent to those registered who may want to arrange additional payment to keep the condo.

If the condo is not filled or entire cost collected by 9/26/24, it will be cancelled, and money will be refunded.

All registration and payment to be made on Corsizio, a waiting list will be available for cancellations, if the list grows to 7 people early enough, we will try to secure a second condo. Should you need to cancel your reservation, your money will only be refunded if another club member replaces you.
