Krav Fit is designed to help anyone from the beginner to the seasoned athlete. Unlike most fitness classes, our workouts are programmed to complement the techniques used in Krav Maga.

Don't do Krav Maga? No worries. Classes are designed to build your strength and stamina through the usage of bands, free weights, and body weight and can be tailored as needed.

Classes are programmed in 6 week cycles and are planned to focus on specific muscle groups in order to build and recover effectively. We program a full spectrum of classes from High Intensity Interval Training to slow range of motion classes, each designed specifically to meet the intention of the cycle and keep your body ever-adapting.
