Halloween is almost here, so we've put together a practice that's choc-full of holiday-themed poses to infuse your yoga practice with some creepy creativity (we promise they're not too scary!).
We will sprinkle in a few "treats" here and there to turn this practice into a spooky extravaganza! Halloween Costumes, that also allow you to do yoga poses, are encouraged but not required.
Afterwards, we will socialize over some festive treats and mocktails for a spook-tacular time!
** We never want our event rates to keep those without access to funds from joining us. Through the generosity of fellow sponsors, Moonlit Acres Retreat Farm, inc. has established a foundation through our 501c3 non-profit dedicated for guests that have limited access to disposable income. This foundation is dedicated to making our workshops and events accessible and affordable so that we may be an option for all community members who wish to connect with nature, connect to self-care, connect to their community, and ultimately connect to their best selves.
