What does a Teller really do? How about, what doesn’t a teller do!!

Member Experience Representative I (MER I) Training provides the foundational knowledge that will fuel your entire career at Member One. This class is where you will discover:

1.     Basic communication skills with our members.

2.     Basic banking knowledge, terminology and expected behavior.

3.     How to use due diligence to not just protect the member in front of you, but our entire credit union.

4.     How to conduct basic transactions:

a.     Make a cash deposit

b.     Cash a check

c.      Make a loan payment

5.     Basic navigation of our core systems to assist members.

6.     Hone in on cash counting skills.

7.     Develop a sense of sound reasoning for decision making.
