Business Accounts and Services Training

Have you ever had a dream to start your own business? Our members have! How do we help serve them? Member One offers business accounts and services for those account owners. This training allows member facing employees to answer questions, ask questions regarding eligibility, and provide services to existing business members.

In this training course, employees will learn what business entity types we offer accounts for, what business activities we are unable to serve, and how to communicate the process for obtaining an account to best support the Business Services goal to assist our service area. Employees will also learn the necessary steps to complete account maintenance and the documents needed for these requests.
