Signup to be a chaperone on the OSCA Space Camp Adventure. What we like to call a Mission Specialist.

Mission specialists are parents or guardians who want to accompany their kids to Space Camp. The Mission Pilots and Misson commander will handle all of the chaperone duties while we are at Space Camp; we ask that the Mission Specialist assists during the travel portion of the trip.

• In exchange, OSCA will book your travel so you can take advantage of our group rates.

• We will also sign you up with Space Camp as a mission specialist chaperone. This status gives you access to the secure space camp facility, meals at the dining hall, and access to all the US Space and Rocket Center museum and attractions during business hours and after regular business hours.

Breakdown of costs/expenses covered by OSCA.

Chaperone Fee: 200.00 (Pass through to Space Camp)
Transportation from the Airport to the Space Camp is no Charge.
OSCA CC Fee: 5.00

Important Notes:

• The OSCA Fee covers the banking fees we are charged to process credit cards.

• OSCA will book your hotel stay at the Marriot adjacent to Space Camp if you want; chaperones are responsible for booking their own airfare and paying for their hotel room when they arrive.

• All Chaperones will be required to complete an online background check. We will send you that information once we have finalized the chaperone list.
