Join us for a volleyball defense session and learn how to become a solid back-row player. This session is designed for intermediate and advanced players who want to improve their defensive skills. Our experienced coaches will teach you the fundamentals of defence, including proper footwork, body positioning, and communication with teammates. You will also learn how to dig, roll, and pass the ball effectively, allowing you to keep the ball in play and set up your team for a successful attack. Come prepared to work hard and have fun!
