I Love Learning ASL

FUNDAMENTALS 2 ASL classes are designed to build off of lessons and skills learned in the Fundamentals 1 classes. This 4-week session will focus on increasing vocabulary and knowledge of ASL, continuing to stair step toward building a knowledge base of the language needed for future classes. Topics for this session will include:

• Mastering letters and numbers
• Fingerspelling exercises
• Pronoun practice
• Simple conversational phrases
• Review of colors
• Increasing vocabulary
• Review of family member signs
• Fun games designed to reinforce learning

Note: As a rule, it is strongly encouraged that new students take the FUNDAMENTALS 1 ASL classes prior to taking the FUNDAMENTALS 2 ASL classes. These classes are designed to build off of each other as you progress through the language, however, taking FUNDAMENTALS 1ASL class first may not necessarily be recommended in all cases.
