In this group healing we will look at trust.

Trust in ourselves, in other people, trust in certain situations in our lives, trust in life itself, or trust in our connection to source.

For many of us, a lot is happening at the moment on a personal level, but also globally, in the world around us. Our ability to trust can be greatly affected by our environment, by painful experiences and trauma, often from birth, from our childhood, and from past lifetimes. Often we don't even notice, when it is not easy for us to fully trust that we are holding on, that we are trying to control. When fear or anxiety arises within us, our entire system contracts. We are then no longer open to new solutions or possibilities. It is often difficult to let go when one door closes, to have faith and trust, that a new door has already opened somewhere else.

Deep trust in life, the universe, in ourselves, makes our lives easier, we are holding less fear and stress.

In the healing we will bring awareness into the area of trust and the lack of it. We will release blockages, awaken and transform conditioning, and we will strengthen the energy of trust within us.

We will use VortexHealing® Energy Healing, which is working with Divine Light and Consciousness.
