Welcome to the *ELITE 1* or *ELITE 2* Level evaluation , Where the Best Become Unstoppable

This is not a Session; this form will allow you to gain your *ELITE 1* or *ELITE 2* level status to attend *ELITE 1* or *ELITE 2* level sessions. You cannot access *ELITE 1* or *ELITE 2* level sessions without this status.

The Canadian Elite Academy is introducing ELITE Sessions—a unique and exclusive opportunity for high-performance athletes prepared to prove they have what it takes to stand above the rest. This is not just another session; this is a chance to unlock your full potential, refine your skills, and compete with the most dedicated and talented players in the game.

The ELITE program is designed for athletes who consistently show excellence, commitment, and drive in their volleyball careers. This is for players who want more than to improve—they want to dominate. This is your chance to push your limits and train among the best.

Are You *ELITE 1* or *Elite 2* Material?

Entry into the ELITE session is by selection only. You’ll need to meet strict criteria to ensure every athlete in the session is prepared for high-level competition. *ELITE 1* selected athletes can attend any session in the academy they want. *ELITE 2* cannot attend any *ELITE 1* session but any other sessions that the academy offers. Think you have what it takes?

*ELITE 1* Eligibility & Experience:

1. Age Requirement: Are you between the ages of 15 and 18?
2. High School Volleyball: Have you played on your high school volleyball team for every year since you started high school?
3. Club Volleyball: Have you played at least two years of club volleyball?
4. Academy Participation:
   • Have you attended a high school Making the Cut camp?
   • Have you participated in at least two years of the Academy beach volleyball program?
   • Have you attended more than ten skill sessions at the Canadian Elite Academy?
5. School Day Select: Were you selected as a School Day Select athlete?
6. Provincial Team: Have you been selected for a provincial team?

*ELITE 2* Eligibility & Experience:

1. Age Requirement: Are you between the ages of 13 and 18?
2. High School Volleyball: Have you played on your high school volleyball team every year since you started high school?
3. Club Volleyball: Have you played at least two years of club volleyball?
4. Academy Participation:
   • Have you attended a high school Making the Cut camp?
   • Have you participated in the Academy beach volleyball program?
   • Have you attended more than ten skill sessions at the Canadian Elite Academy?
5. School Day Select: Were you selected as a School Day Select athlete?
6. Provincial Team: Have you been selected for a provincial team?

Performance & Recognition for both *ELITE 1* and *ELITE 2*:

1. Volleyball Awards: What volleyball-related awards have you received? Please list any notable achievements.
2. Work Ethic & Integrity: Can you provide examples of how your work ethic and drive have been recognized in your athletic career?
3. Commitment to Volleyball: How do you balance school commitments with volleyball training? Describe how you maintain your performance in both areas.
4. Integrity & Teamwork: Can you provide an example of when your integrity or teamwork positively impacted your team?
5. School Grades: What was your average in your last completed school year?

If Selected, you will get a Canadian Elite Academy Select shirt, which you can pick up at your first *ELITE 1* or *ELITE 2* session. If you are not selected, you can apply the application fee to the next one-hour session you take at the academy.
