Come and try our amazing mindfulness sessions with Dee. We know how busy life can be but it is important that parents take time out to look after their own mental health too. We will have team members on hand to support your child while you relax during this session.
Please advise us if you have more than 1 child needing support during this session. An additional cost of $10 per child may be added.
