2024 Deep Creek Fly Fishers Holiday Banquet

The 2024 Holiday Banquet will be held on Saturday, December 7th. 

Social hour with no host bar 5:00pm

Buffet dinner 6:00pm

Heads & Tails, Silent Auction, Fly Auction, Raffle, and Dessert Auction until 9:00pm

Location: 

American Legion Hall, just around the corner in Fairmont Park. Plenty of parking with security. Nice, spacious, clean hall.

Buffet Menu: 

Roast Turkey and Sliced Ham as half portions.

Rolls and Butter, Cranberry Sauce, Red Potatoes with Parsley Butter, Holiday Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette, Fresh Vegatable Medly and Traditional Stuffing.

Food by McGrath’s, excellent local caterer.

Cost: 

$50 per person early registration until October 25th meeting

$55 per person thereafter

Register and pay on Corsizio, help available at meetings.

Remember, this is the club’s major fundraiser for the year. Start tying flies for the fly auction and consider a donation for the silent auction: New or collectible fly fishing gear, a gift basket, dinner, round of golf, or a stay at a timeshare or condo, does not have to be fishing related. Don’t forget to bring your favorite goodies for the dessert auction!
