The Leading Out of Drama workshop is for leaders and clinicians seeking to understand the mechanics of conflict, and begin building new skills to engage with conflict in ways that achieve accountability without compromising dignity, or growth.

Conflict and You is a brief, 90 minute, workshop, and attracts 2 CPD points for RACS and ANZCA members, and is open to anybody, irrespective of training or industry. Participants will:

• complete the Drama Resiliency Assessment prior to the workshop, to understand the current pattern of their own conflict risk factors and compassion strengths,
• actively engage in a workshop providing a new paradigm and skillset for self management, communication, and conflict.
• learn from peers and others,
• to generate a personalised plan for engaging with conflict healthily and compassionately.

All participants are required to complete a short questionnaire prior to the workshop and be in a quiet location with camera and audio enabled, in order to participate in the workshop.

Please note, if you have already participated in the Leading Out of Drama Core workshop series, this workshop will not introduce new material, but will provide an opportunity to refresh you learning and apply it to new situations.
