Intermediate Beach 2's Girls June and July (Monday and Wednesday)

Intermediate Competition Training Session. (Monday and Wednesdays, 6-8 pm)

Players register individually but must have a partner to join the program. Individuals cannot join this program, and the Academy will not match players with a partner. Do not register if you do not have a partner you will be attending sessions with. This Elite Academy training program prepares athletes to compete at the Saskatchewan Beach Doubles Provincials. ( The registration must include a team of two athletes of similar age. (15U - 16 U)

The cost of this program is for two athletes and will be 600 dollars or 300 for individual athletes. The Summer of 2025 will be the eighth year this program will run. Last year, we had a full slate of athletes, and to give every athlete a fair chance to join this program, we are announcing the program early so the ones who want to make sure they have a spot on the elite beach program can join. The program is designed to train young athletes (15- 16 years of age) in Beach Doubles. The athlete must be under 17 on the first training day (June 2, 2025). This session is for the athletes who have never played or played one year of 2's beach volleyball. If you have participated in the Canadian Elite Academy Beach program in one of the past years, you should be in this level of training. If you have played more than one year of CEA beach 2's beach program and are older than 15 this might not be the program for you/

General Information

Players should attend practice sessions even if their partner cannot attend. Each player is required to bring high-quality beach volleyball to the sessions.

The policy for absences for beach sessions is that for the athletes who are away for family activities or other reasons, the partner can bring whoever they want to replace the missing player (a sister, brother, parent, or friend).

If both partners are missing simultaneously, there are no issues. A single player always needs to bring a partner, as most drills are set up for the nature of the 2's beach activities. This replacement player has to be organized by the athletes, not the coach. No refund has been given for missed sessions.
