What a perfect introduction to screen printing! The studio was well set up and fully prepared for the class. Maxine is a terrific teacher giving a clear overview of printmaking in general and the specifics of how the NPS studio works and is optimally maintained. Her enthusiastic, well-informed, and patient step by step guidance in creating our first two-color print was greatly appreciated. Studio assistant Nick was helpful throughout. Given this very positive first experience, I look forward to attending more workshops and supporting NPS!
Our instructor Maxine was knowledgeable and patient and helped us get the hang of things. She’s great!
Great class and great teacher. Thrilled to come home with 4 beautiful silk screen prints… and to know that now I can use the studio to do more silkscreening. Best value for art class in Kingston!
