This afterschool art program at Wild Learning is designed to nurture young artists (Kindergarten to Year 2) and provide a foundation for a lifelong love of art.

Our afterschool art programs offer hands on art classes that encourage kids to explore a variety of techniques and media throughout the term:

For our final term of the year this group will get creative with drawing + painting projects learning about:

• Drawing what we see
• Using a reference image
• Working from imagination!

PLEASE NOTE: This will be a shorter 7 week term with an end of year party for out final class!

Learning Objectives:

• Develop foundational fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination through art making.
• Learn essential drawing, painting and art making techniques with guidance from an art teacher in a small group class
• Explore self-expression and creative thinking in a fun and supportive environment.
• Build confidence in artistic abilities through exploration and experimentation with diverse media.
