Conflict Resolution

This seminar focuses on the steps and processes for creating constructive resolutions to workplace conflicts. Participants will learn the best practices from the field of psychology on how to constructively approach and manage conflict situations while minimizing the destructive elements.

Assertive Communication

Why is it so many of us find it hard to speak directly about our intentions and desires? Especially during interpersonal conflict! To communicate assertively is to acknowledge your control over yourself while respecting others’ choices to respond/react as they will. Learn about what drives you to respond in the patterns you do and acquire skills and language to respond in a more assertive way.

Social Intelligence/Workplace Relationship Management

This seminar focuses on the science of successful workplace relationship formation and management, known as social intelligence. What is it?How does one develop it?Participants will glean insights into answering these questions and how they can harness their social intelligence to achieve best outcomes.

Adapting to Change

This seminar focuses on helping employees successfully adapt to change in the workplace to help them become more effective at their jobs and decrease stress. Strategies discussed include recognizing the change, accepting the change, keeping a positive mindset, communicating effectively, setting measurable goals and realistic timelines, focusing on what can be controlled, practicing change management steps, and practicing problem solving techniques. Handling the emotional components of the change process is also discussed.

Emotional Intelligence

For the longest time, we thought IQ was the strongest predictor of ability and success. Turns out we were wrong. Learn about the importance of emotional intelligence and skills to increase your self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and forming and maintaining relationships.

Mindfulness

This seminar will explore the benefits of integrating mindfulness practices into daily work routines.Attendees will learn how mindfulness can enhance focus, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being, leading to a more productive and positive work environment. The session will cover practical techniques for cultivating present-moment awareness, managing distractions, and fostering a calm, centered mindset even in high-pressure situations. Through group discussions and real-world examples, participants will discover how to apply mindfulness principles to improve communication, decision-making, and workplace relationships.
