CQB - Fighting Rifle Course
Our Close Quarters Battle (CQB) course is an intensive, hands-on training designed for individuals looking to enhance their tactical skills in confined environments. Whether you're a law enforcement officer, security professional, or a responsible gun owner seeking advanced training, this course will push your abilities in high-stress, close-range situations.
Key Elements of the Course:
- Shoot House Training: Engage in dynamic exercises within a shoot house, practicing room clearing, team movements, and threat identification. You'll gain proficiency in navigating tight spaces while maintaining tactical awareness and communication.
- Range Time: Hone your marksmanship skills on the range with live-fire drills focused on accuracy, speed, and weapon manipulation. This portion reinforces firearm fundamentals critical in CQB environments.
- Scenario Practice: Experience realistic scenarios. This adds a layer of stress and realism, allowing you to apply tactics under pressure, improve decision-making, and evaluate threat responses (threats will be neutral).
- Teamwork & Communication: Learn the importance of working as a cohesive unit in high-stress environments. Emphasis is placed on communication, tactical movements, and proper positioning to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the team.

- Master room-clearing techniques in solo and team configurations
- Enhance target acquisition and engagement skills in close quarters
- Improve situational awareness and threat assessment
- Develop proper weapon handling in confined spaces
- Gain experience in simulated real-world engagements
This course is physically demanding and mentally challenging, pushing participants to their limits while providing the knowledge and skills necessary for effective CQB operations. Safety is paramount throughout the training, and all participants are required to have a solid understanding of firearm fundamentals before attending.
Prerequisites:
- Basic firearms training (proof of competency required)
- Physically fit for strenuous activity
- Proficiency with required firearms
Equipment:
- Full tactical gear (body armor, kit) - Can be provided if necessary.
- Primary weapon (rifle AND pistol) and holster
- Eye and ear protection
- Hydration system
