Finishing Sculptures with Diane Black

This is a continuation of Diane's Small Sculpture course, however all are welcome to join to learn how to finish sculpture to create depth, texture and work with colour.
We will go over applying slip to greenware, how and when to use underglaze, glaze and wax to finish pieces at each stage of the process.
Students should bring small items to test on:
- 1-2 pieces of greenware
- 1-2 pieces of bisqueware
- 1-2 pieces of finished glazed pieces
Taught by Diane Black.
Slip and underglaze included. Firings not included, unless a KCP student or CSC member.*
*If you are not a student or member, we can accommodate firing some small pieces if you are local and able to pickup at a later date.
