This Application form is to register for the 3 Nights/4 Days' Camp 2025.

Please note:

• This Shibir is for Ages 8 - 50. (Any False Registrations with Incorrect Ages will be Cancelled)
• This Shibir is held during Easter Weekend.
• Registration will need to be filled separately for ALL participants (Including children) - Please ensure Parents/Guardians information is filled in for children aged 18 years or under.

• Above Sizing must be taken in consideration when inputting Sizings in registration form! For Kurti Tops, the Mandir or Coordinators are not responsible for alterations that may be required. However, we will provide information in due course regarding any assistance we can provide, which will be communicated via our Shibir WhatsApp Channel. (Link sent to your email once you register)

Terms & Conditions:

Transport will be provided by Shree Swaminarayan Temple (Mandir) Perth.

1. Arrive at Perth Mandir by 6:00am and Departure from the Mandir Friday, 18th April 6:45am Sharp.
2. Shibir will be held at Point Peron
3. Fees: $150
4. Registration Deadline: 14th February 2025. Max capacity 210 people
5. No refunds will be provided if registration is cancelled 4 weeks before the camp date. (21st March 2025)

7. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied & supervised by a parent/guardian.
8. The organisers reserve the right to amend, alter, or delete any programme items or general terms and conditions without giving prior notice.
9. Neither the organisers nor Shree Swaminarayan Temple (Mandir) Perth - Australia Inc. will be liable for any injury, damage or loss to property caused to the Shibir Venue/ Attendees.
10. All information provided by participants will remain confidential.
11. Keep a look out for Camp 2025 itinerary and items to bring closer to the time.
