The Turkey Triplets Trail Ride - Adventure Bike Rides for Kids and Families!

This Thanksgiving, get the kids out of the house for a great bike adventure, riding three of our most fun and scenic local bike trails! 

 Day One - Saturday, Nov. 23rd, 9-11am - Ride at the Trinity Audubon Center and Great Trinity Forest. Meet at the parking lot for the Trinity Forest Trail - P75R+FH Dallas, Texas

Day Two - Monday, Nov. 25th, 9-11am - Ride at White Rock Lake & Creekside Bike Park. Meet at the T&P Hill parking - 3240 W Lawther Dr, Dallas, TX 75214 - R7GC+G3 Dallas, Texas 

Day Three - Tuesday, Nov. 26th, 9-11am - Ride at Trammell Crow Park & Trinity River Levy. Meet at the Trammell Crow Park parking - 3700 Sylvan Ave, Dallas, TX 75207 - Q5R8+F9 Dallas, Texas 

What’s the idea? We want our young bike riders to learn about the great trails we have connected with the Loop Dallas trail system. Dallas Bike School teachers will lead and support the riders on three iconic sections of the Loop trails. While the ride is primarily for kids, parents & relatives are welcome. Each trail ride is about 5 - 10 miles in length, and riders must meet the qualifications listed below. 

Quals: Open to children in first grade and older. Riders must be able to start, stop, and ride a bike without assistance. Bikes and helmets are required. Bikes must be in good working order, and capable of a 10-mile ride. Water and snacks are recommended. Riders must be able to carry their own gear. 

We will conduct the rides in an orderly fashion and take periodic rest stops. This is a no-drop ride. We may sort the group according to ability and pace. The trails we have selected are beautiful, with great scenery and forested areas! Most of the trailway is concrete, but there is some gravel trail. All of the trailway is free of cars.
