Welcome to Sourced! Congratulations on signing up with the biggest property network in the UK. We are going to spend 2 days together getting you up to speed with everything you need to know in order to hit the ground running. Day 1 - We go through all of the admin and process of being a franchise owner. We will show you how to use our bespoke and exclusive systems to gather all of the information you need to secure a property opportunity and then send it across to us to analyse, market and even fund for you. We'll start to look at our first property deals and look in depth at sourcing. Day - 2 We take a look at the first exit and high cash flowing strategy of deal packaging. This course is mandatory for new franchisees. Existing franchisees are able to attend the course, however if the course is full and a new franchisee signs up, they will take priority. We will provide lunch for you on the training days and if this is the first time you have attended this training course, we will also cover the cost of the hotel for the nights between the 3 days. Franchisees who have not been on this course before take priority over those who have. If you have attended the course before and you book yourself on, we may ask you to give priority to someone who hasn't been on the course. Reminder - You can cancel your spot at an event up to a week before, after this point if you do not attend an event that you have booked onto and you have not cancelled you will be charged an admin fee of £50.
