Middlebury Studio School

Explore Chinese Painting, and Calligraphy, a traditional form of writing Chinese characters. This workshop is for anyone interested in oriental brushwork or ink painting. The instructor will demonstrate both painting and calligraphy techniques along with showing samples. Participants will be able to try out some techniques, while fostering an appreciation and understanding of the aesthetics of Chinese painting and history.
