An art and ancient philosophy of harmonizing body, mind and spirit with gentle touch.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a Japanese form of acupressure. By placing your hands on your body, you bring spirit, mind, and body in harmony. This will make you feel relaxed and will help your body to heal. It is not used instead of medication but to enhance the working of the medication.
