In this group healing we will look at safety.

Right now, the feeling of not being safe, of fear is growing in our environment and in many of us – fear in relation to political events, health, finances, close family and friends, fear of our future, etc… How can we bring safety into this fear? How can we be present with what might be scary and yet find a way to connect with safety. When our safety feels threatened, our system starts to close, it can paralyse us. The more trauma or conditioning we are holding, maybe even from childhood or previous life times, the more difficult it can be to stay connected with the feeling of trust and safety.

In the healing we will bring awareness into the area of safety and the lack of it. We will release blockages, awaken and transform conditioning, and we will nurture the energy of safety within us.

We will use VortexHealing® Energy Healing, which is working with Divine Light and Consciousness.
