Participants will keep a dream journal from the past week (or from the past) to share as a group. Simply focusing on remembering increases our ability to catch a fragment here and there of an impression our unconscious wishes to convey.

Sharing dreams with others within a non-judgmental compassionate framework can further our insight and hopefully be a lot of fun.
