Elder is not about age, but about the time of Life when one lives with integrity, undivided between the inner Self and the outer world. In the companion book, we will explore the concept of the ElderGarten, a space like KinderGarten, a space for play and joy, a space for learning and opportunities for continued growth that is inner and outer, a space to grow into becoming an Elder. 

We will also explore a set of practices that are deeply personal and unique to each individual, and a way of noticing the ones that are emerging in each individual journey, with a call to action to develop and nurture our own practices.
