Gentle Teaching Canada Symposium 2025

This two-day event will focus on Leading in a Culture of Gentleness featuring Guest Speaker, Deirdre Mercer, from Michigan, USA. It promises to be an interactive, educational experience designed to provide a depth of learning for organizational leaders and Mentors who are entrusted with nurturing a culture of gentleness within their organization. Topics range from the importance of trust within teams, roles of mentors in supporting teams, applying our skills and knowledge to develop depth within teams, people strategies to enhance a culture of support, and opportunities to share policies and approaches to supporting employees in a culture of gentleness.
