Portraiture focus: Lips and Mouths

Middle and High School-aged student artists
Dive into the art of portraiture through this feature focused drawing course! Students will learn the basic anatomy of the human ear and will have the opportunity to draw that feature from direct observation. We will explore proportion, line work, and shading, all essential to creating a realistic and expressive portrait.

This class is free and made possible by the Van Buren Youth Initiative where we will be offering programming for Middle and High School students every Tuesday afternoon.
