Learn the fine art of hand needleturn appliqué step by step. If you’ve never done needleturn appliqué and are intimidated and afraid to try, this workshop is for you. Using my “Vase of Tulips” pattern, which has all the shapes and techniques beginners need to learn, we will cover making a positioning overlay; marking and pinning; concave curves and points; convex curves and points; bias stems; small and medium circles; and straight lines.

Class price includes the pattern.

We will take a half hour break for lunch. Please bring your own lunch, as there is no nearby fast food. There is a refrigerator and microwave on site.

The classroom has folding chairs with padded seats; you may be more comfortable sitting all day if you bring an additional cushion.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel before noon EST on Jan 11, 2025, a refund will be made minus a $10 processing fee. If you cancel after this date, you will not receive a refund unless the slot can be filled with someone on the waiting list. If the slot can be filled, you'll be issued the refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
