Wellbeing For The Mind and Body

Start the new year prioritising your mental and physical health. The 6 week course is an evidence-based wellness and wellbeing course that introduces a toolkit of mind-body practices to reduce stress/anxiety, increase resilience and mitigate risks of burnout.

It is designed to empower you to take an active role in maintaining and restoring your own health. 

Each week includes a 1 hour session via zoom with a theme of the week, a breathing practice, mindful movement through a series of postures that promote good posture, lower back care and increased physical activity. The session will end with a guided relaxation. 

*Please note this course involves movement and gentle physical activity. The associate trainer will send you a form to complete to establish any specific accessibility requirements you may have. Once you have completed the form you will be sent the Zoom link.
