Join Us for Our 2nd Annual Fashion Community Meeting: A Night of Connection and Sustainable Fashion

Dear Fashion Community,

We invite you to our 2nd Annual Fashion Community Meeting on Saturday, November 30th, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Established in 2023, this gathering was created to bring our community together—to gather feedback on what can be better and to connect, listen, and understand your desires, needs, and aspirations. All feedback and suggestions were amazing and we are so thankful to all who joined us.

This year, we're excited to screen the newly released Netflix documentary "BUY NOW," which sheds light on the critical importance of intentional consumerism and sustainability. The movie will begin at 2:30 PM and end at 4:00 PM. We will then have some time to discuss ways to care for our people and our planet. (PS.: Popcorn will be available until it's gone)

Lastly, as we prepare to move to our new space back in Upper Arlington, we're excited to implement many new programs and would greatly appreciate your support as we renovate our new location. One of our key initiatives is building a Fashion Library—a resource for the fashion community to explore, learn, and be inspired by sustainable fashion. We encourage you to bring your children to watch the movie. However, please note that we are unable to provide supervision during the movie. We cannot assume responsibility for unattended minors or their movements within the venue. If your kiddo is a current or former student of the Columbus Fashion Academy and you feel comfortable they can attend alone (including their ability to go to the restroom alone, as we will not have staff to escort kids during the movie), please send an email of intention to: Priscila@ColumbusFashionAcademy.com.

This event is more than a film screening; it's an opportunity for us to come together as a community, educate ourselves, and inspire one another to be part of "fashion for good." We're here to serve and empower our community for the environmental, mental, and social benefit of all.
