Remember the good ol’ days of gym class? How could you not? Fun times with friends, a welcome break from the pressure of schoolwork and all those added benefits! Playing as an adult is so beneficial, not only for physical fitness, but for stress relief, our brains, and even for our creativity! We’ll play games like kickball, relay races and games with funny names like “Elves, Wizards, and Giants.” So, let’s take a break from the seriousness of being an adult, and have fun playing those games that once brought us so much joy!
