You need to have attended the Foundations Of Health Living Retreat in Ohakune to attend the Advanced Retreat.

• Thursday 5.00 pm - Welcome drinks - Introduction
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday (and Monday until lunch)

 7.30 am - Stretch/Intentional Exercise/Gym
 8.00 am - Breakfast   
 9.00 am - 1.00 pm - Workshop Sessions x 4 in Gary Cooper Lounge

     Afternoons - One-on-Ones, Homework, Reflection, Spa Treatments, Giant Clam and Turtles Tour, To Sua Trench Tour...and downtime!

     Dinners - Resort Restaurants

• Saturday 6.30 pm - Maeva Night in Paradise Kitchen ~dinner and dancing
• Monday- Check-out After Breakfast (unless staying on) and finish up after lunch :)
• Opportunity to extend your stay in Samoa

Approx. Cost - $2700 - $2950 NZD Single room in a 3BR villa

Includes: 4 nights accommodation and daily breakfast at RTP Resort, all lunches Friday to Monday, Saturday night dinner, Tours (To Sua Ocean Trench and Giant Clam/turtles), activities, Retreat Program, Spa treatment X 1, airport transfers, snorkeling equipment and beach towel hire.
