You are warmly invited to join my new Women's Circle starting in February at Romsey Neighbourhood House. This loving and uplifting Women's Circle will help you to :

Feel supported and heard within a safe, happy , relaxed and nurturing environment

Rejuvenate your Heart, Mind and Soul

Bring more joy and happiness into your life.

Open to all women over 18 with an open mind and an open heart. No yoga mats or sitting on the floor.

ABOUT THE CIRCLE

Love & Light Women’s Circle is a welcoming, safe and sacred space, where women can come together to learn, laugh and grow, and feel heard and supported on their journey through life. A place of nurturing - for your body mind and soul.  Each Circle has:

A Grounding Session and a beautiful Guided Meditation. 

A Weekly Theme or Topic- Learning & Discussion

An Open Sharing Time – where sharing agreements will be in place.

And a Closing Ritual and Mediation to finish.

There will be music, crystals and candles.

And lots of fun and laughter!

Each Circle will run for 90 minutes.  

Chairs supplied – no yoga mats needed.    BYO Water
