European Civilization
has a rich history that spans prehistoric times to the modern era. It is traditionally divided into four periods: prehistoric Europe, classical antiquity, the Middle Ages, and modern era. Europe is considered the birthplace of Western Civilization and has been influenced by elements from Greco-Roman antiquity and Juedo-Christian religion.
