Troops 41395 & 41104 are so excited to host the Roxy and Me Campout this year. This is a campout exclusively for Girl Scout Adult Volunteers and their Girl Scout family members. No Girl Scout can attend without their adult volunteer. It’s a time to enjoy Girl Scout camp where you can focus on your special Girl Scout(s). Each registration is priced per person and includes all activities except kayaking. You can choose your type of lodging or just stay for the day.

Girl Scout STEM Activities
Community Service Project
Group Hike
Campfire Ceremony and S'mores (assuming there's not a burn ban)
Included activities are for ALL attendees, Adult Volunteers and Girl Scouts. We encourage you do participate alongside your Girl Scout and have fun with them.
Additional Activities:
You can add Kayaking for an additional fee. Kayaking is available for Brownies and older, spots are limited. Please make sure you are adding enough passes for everyone in your group who would like to participate.
Meals:
Meals are an add-on. You have the choice of bringing your own or having Camp Bluebonnet Shores make meals for you. Please make sure you are adding enough meal plans for everyone in your group.

We will assume you are bringing your own food if you don't choose a meal plan. Please note, there are not fridges or kitchens in most of the sleeping areas. You would need to provide your own way to store and cook food.
Menu for Meal Plans:
Saturday Breakfast—French toast sticks, bacon, assorted cereals and seasonal fruit
Saturday Lunch—all beef hot dogs, tots or fries, and seasonal fruit
Saturday Dinner—tacos, seasonal vegetable and dessert
Sunday Breakfast—cereal, oatmeal, fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, muffins or pastries, and granola bars

- Personal Screened Cabins (sleeps up to 4) - aka 'chicken coop'
- Beds in a Lodge (with other groups) - no men allowed in this option.
- Private Platform Tent (sleeps up to 4)

Male Participants:
We love our male Girl Scouts! You are welcome and encouraged to join us and spend time with your family Girl Scout(s). Girl Scout rules require us to provide your own sleeping area. However, you are allowed sleep in the same space with your family! Because of this, we need our Male Participants to choose to sleep in a platform tent, screen cabin, or you can bring your own tent. These sleeping areas will be just for your family.

Covid/Illness Precautions:
Please stay home if you are sick. Families can get their own sleeping area, depending on availability. Depending on the weather, we will do our best to have as many activities and meals outside as possible. We ask participants to please be considerate and caring. If someone is masking, they or their family members may be at high risk. Please keep appropriate social distance and/or mask up.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds/Cancellation possible until the registration deadline of January 19th. After that, we are unable to offer refunds. There will be a $5 cancellation cost.
